Refund policy

30-Day Exchange Policy:
At LoDova Burnworks, we want you to absolutely love your custom hand-burned hat!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery

Exchange Requirements:
-The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
-Exchanges are only available for equal or lesser value items
-If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be covered
-Custom orders may be exchanged for another custom design, but due to the nature of hand-burned work, we do not offer refunds

How to Request an Exchange:
-Contact us at lodovaburnworks@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
-Provide your order number and a brief reason for the exchange
-Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
-Once we receive the hat, we’ll process your exchange and send out your new hat!
